・ Exterior, consumable parts, and aging (rubber feet, O-rings, dust caps, scratches, paint peeling)
・ Compatibility/connection issues (physical/electrical compatibility with telescope, filters, PC; connection failures due to OS updates)
・ Communication/network environment (2.4/5 GHz router settings, inability to separate bands/fix channels, issues with public Wi-Fi/mesh networks)
・ Shipping accidents/delivery delays (returned due to long absence, transport damage discovered more than 61 days after receipt)
