Female poet Utako Shimoda Tanzaku "Song of Increasing Spiritual Light and Development" A song with a Japanese-first sentiment

Description
This is a tanzaku (poem strip) titled Reikō Masu Hatten no Uta (Song of Increasing Spiritual Brilliance and Development) by the female poet Utako Shimoda, acquired in 2013 from Ginza Shibunkaku on the TV show Nandemo Kanteidan (What's It Worth?).

It will be sent attached to a Tanzaku Kake (poem strip stand) made from Ise Jingu's sacred mountain cedar, which was purchased separately.

Tanka (short poem) → Yanagiba no kake yori okoru kamikaze ni washi no tsubasa mo uchishi wo naran - Utako.

General meaning → With the divine wind that arises from the shadow of willow leaves, even the wings of an eagle (Russia) will be beaten down.

This poem was likely written with awareness of Russia, which was in conflict with Japan over territorial expansion and rights in the Far East during the Meiji era.

It is also a waka poem written in the Meiji period, anticipating a future Japan First political regime like that of Takamasa. (Is this true?)

I thought perhaps someone might like this poem, so I decided to list it for sale.

The Shibunkaku receipt faintly shows ¥17,000, so I believe that's the price I purchased it for.

(Note 1)
The female poet Utako Shimoda was a poet of the Keien school, following the style of the Kokin Wakashu. She served Empress Shoken, the Empress consort of Emperor Meiji, and taught her waka. She is also the founder of Japan Women's University.
