Vintage Reuge Swiss Music Box Santa Notte Christmas Carolers Wood Box

Beautiful vintage Reuge “Santa Notte” Swiss musical jewelry/trinket box featuring a charming Christmas carolers scene on the lid. Crafted in Italy with a genuine Swiss musical movement, this keepsake box is perfect for storing jewelry, small treasures, or displaying as holiday décor. The wood box itself is in excellent vintage condition with a clean interior and very little wear. The musical movement is functional; however, it appears the start mechanism or knob may stick. When the lid is opened, the music begins to play but may stop after a second. If the mechanism is gently turned by hand, it plays smoothly and as intended. Because of this, the music box is being sold as a working piece with a minor mechanical quirk.
