His independent menswear label operated between 1995 and 2009, making these shoes a highly sought-after artifact of late 90s / early 2000s minimalist avant-garde fashion.  Premium chunky black leather upper construction with a clean silhouette.  Iconic stitched fabric Dirk Schönberger label on the interior insole.  Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The black leather uppers are beautifully preserved with light, clean natural creasing and no deep scuffs or cracking. The original leather soles show normal wear consistent with age, with plenty of life left. The heels have been professionally upgraded/serviced with vintage-style, heavy-duty Biltrite Imperial rubber heel lifts for superior traction and durability.
