Vintage Midwest Cannon Falls Angel Mouse Fabric Mache Figurine Christmas Taiwan

Condition  Vintage pre-owned condition with original Midwest Importers hangtag still attached. Figurine shows age-related wear including overall toning/soiling and distressed appearance to the cream fabric costume, some fraying to the gold cord tassels, and minor surface wear consistent with age. Halo, greenery, wings, red book and other decorative elements remain present. Please review all photos closely as they are an important part of the condition description.  Description  Charming vintage angel mouse Fabric Mâché Figurine by Midwest Importers of Cannon Falls, Inc., made in Taiwan circa 1990–1991.  This wonderfully detailed mouse is dressed as a Christmas angel in a cream fabric robe with lace collar, gold cord belt, gold-and-white feathered wings, greenery and red berries around the head, and a metal halo. The mouse carries a small red book or hymnal.  The original hangtag remains attached and explains Midwest's unusual fabric-mâché construction process. The costume was made from real fabric, the figure dressed by hand, and the fabric then stiffened to preserve the folds, color and texture. Each piece therefore has its own individual appearance.
