Vintage Nippon Yoko Boeki Japan Fruit Pedestal Dish 8" Scalloped Gold Trim

Condition:  Pre-owned vintage condition with age-related wear. Gold trim shows rubbing, fading and loss in areas along the scalloped rim and pedestal base. Light surface marks and minor discoloration are present from age/use. No chips or cracks noted. Japan backstamp remains visible on the underside. Please review all photos closely for exact condition.  Description:  Vintage Japanese porcelain pedestal compote featuring a colorful fruit arrangement with pineapple, grapes and berries. The shallow bowl has an ornate scalloped edge accented with gold trim and sits on a raised pedestal base.  Measures approximately 8 across and 4.5 tall, with a base approximately 2.25 in diameter. Weighs approximately 13.7 oz.  Pre-owned vintage condition with noticeable wear to the gold trim, along with light surface wear and age-related discoloration. No chips or cracks noted. Marked Japan on the underside.  A lovely vintage display piece for fruit-themed kitchen décor, cottage or traditional interiors, or a Japanese porcelain collection.
