I bought this nearly 15 years ago and have been using it ever since, but it seems to have broken and no longer works.

The power turns on and I can hear it operating, but then it makes a beeping sound like an error and I can't sew with it. It looks nice.
I checked with the manufacturer, but they couldn't determine the cause of the malfunction, and it seems like it's an older model and cannot be repaired.
