Beautiful vintage handmade studio pottery serving bowl dated 1989. Features a speckled cream-gray glaze with hand-painted blue-gray floral and leaf motifs, a deeply scalloped/ruffled rim, and small integrated handles at each side. The underside has an incised artist signature and date. Signature appears to read . Brown, though the artist has not been definitively identified. Measures approximately 9 across and 3 tall. Substantial handmade stoneware construction with an unglazed foot/base. Very good vintage condition with expected variations from the handmade glazing and firing process.
