These are custom-ordered long wet pants from kūkahi (クーカイ), a SUP shop located at Hayashizaki Matsue Beach in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture.

I purchased these because I needed long pants for surfing, but they are brand new, unused, and have been stored at home.
These are slim-fit black neoprene wetsuit pants with protective pads on the knees.
They can be worn by anyone, regardless of gender, and will be useful for the upcoming season at the sea, mountains, and rivers.
