Wind Spinner Spiral Tail

Description
The hummingbird part sparkles with seven colors.
Gently adjust the angle with your fingers to spread it out.
The bottom part creates an optical illusion where the ball appears to move when it spins in the wind.
My personal experience decorating my garden with this item is that the hanging swivel hardware isn't very effective.
I initially hung it with a 6mm flat ribbon, but it didn't spin well.
I switched to a thin string, like kite string. This time, it spun in the wind.
Thank you for your consideration.
