Description

This appears to be a Yokogawa Electric insulation resistance tester, YEW MODEL L-5.

As I am an amateur, I have not been able to test its functionality, so I cannot guarantee it will work correctly.
The handle turns. The screws for LINE, GUARD, and EARTH turn.

There are no major visible damages, but there are scratches and dirt from use.

No accessories are included.

?The color may vary slightly due to camera conditions.
