Yamada Kogyosho Hand-Forged Iron Frying Pan 28cm (Custom Order) Iron Frying Pan

This is a hammered iron frying pan made by Yamada Kogyosho.

I purchased it after placing a custom order at a certified Yamada Kogyosho retailer in Kappabashi Kitchen Town.

I requested a handle length of 23cm and opted for a corrosion-resistant welded handle instead of a screwed-on one. It is also compatible with IH cooktops.

Yamada Kogyosho's hammered manufacturing process results in slight size variations of about 5mm. Upon actual measurement, the pan is slightly over 28cm. The handle length is approximately 22.5cm.
