[How to Use]
Place your desired amount of dried mugwort (5g-10g) in a tea bag or similar and use for mugwort baths, mugwort steams, etc.
Before use, you can further extract the components by steaming or boiling the tea bag in a lidded container (heat-resistant container, pot, etc.) with hot water.
You can also add the liquid from steaming to your bath.
