Chinese-made 9Barista Espresso Machine
Purchased during a trip to Hong Kong last year. Used about 2-3 times a month. It consistently produces delicious espresso. Please refer to the last photo.
The stainless steel filter shown in the 5th photo is also included.

Water amount: 100-115g
Coffee grounds: 18-20g (espresso grind)
Heat: Low heat (medium heat or higher is dangerous!)
Maintenance: Before cleaning after use, turn the valve in the 7th photo counter-clockwise several times to release pressure (caution: burn hazard).
