Description
Red jacquard fabric with intricate white medallion, spiral and laurel leaf motifs. Reverse side is white with red motifs. Elegant, symmetrical design typical of neoclassical era reproductions from mid century 1900’s. Versatile for decor projects or upholstery accents. This feels like cotton fabric- it is thicker heavyweight material. No labels. The red side has general fading ( see very last photo compared to a flag)and a few stains that don’t stand out with the busy design. The white side has quite a few stains which I have not tried to remove. See last pics for stain photos. Overall a beautiful piece from a bygone era.
