【Official Muramatsu Response Available / 442Hz】Muramatsu Flute M-120 Certified

【Official Muramatsu Confirmation / 442Hz】 Muramatsu Flute M-120 Authenticated

Thank you for viewing.
This is a cherished instrument inherited from a relative, but as no one in the family can play it, I would like to pass it on to someone who can appreciate its value.
This is Muramatsu Flute's best-selling model, the M-120 (equivalent to the current EX model).

■ Officially Inquired with Manufacturer (Muramatsu Flute)
In April 2026, I directly inquired with Muramatsu Flute (Muramatsu Gakki Hanbai Co., Ltd.) using the serial number (B19○○) and received the following official response:

Model Name: M-120 (Silver Headjoint)
Pitch: 442Hz (Standard modern ensemble pitch. Can be used as is for wind ensembles and orchestras.)
Year of Manufacture: 1991

■ Double Authenticated by Two Specialty Stores
For this listing, the condition was directly inspected by Bardone, a specialty wind instrument store, and at Muramatsu Flute.
They commented: The condition is excellent, considering it has been stored for many years.
The pads show surprisingly little deterioration and do not require replacement.
It appears to have been played very little and is in excellent condition.

■ Product Condition
Exterior: The keys show some whitish tarnish (oxidation) due to age. I have intentionally not polished it to avoid damaging the surface, leaving it in its current state. I have been told that if you request polishing during an adjustment at Muramatsu, its original shine can be restored. There are no significant dents or rust.
Playability: Specialty stores have diagnosed it as playable with basic adjustments. It will be sold as-is, so I recommend that the buyer have it balanced and adjusted to their preference at their usual shop.

■ Accessories
Original Hard Case
(Cleaning rod is not included)
Despite being manufactured in 1991, it is a 442Hz model that can be used as is in modern ensembles. With the manufacturer's seal of approval on its condition, I hope to pass it on to someone who will cherish it.
