BABETTE SF Unique Wool Cotton Lace Skirt - Tiered Art to Wear Black / Green XS

This fabulous BABETTE SF skirt is a unique one of a kind - from my own BABETTE collection! I was lucky enough to have had the opportunity to shop for many years from Babette's personal archive - and am slowly letting go of some of these precious pieces.  TIERED SKIRT IN BLACK WOOL with layers of subtle ruffles, with a hint of deep teal green:   Unique short skirt with elastic pull-on waist and signature hand-pleating. Fabulous kick pleat at center back (It's difficult to see from my poor photography, but the hem in the front is relatively straight across - the ruffle is part of the fuller kick pleat in the back - but could be worn to the front or the side for a different look! It's a unique piece of art!)  Color is deep true black wool, w/ a hint of dark teal green in the fabric behind the top layers of ruffled wool near the middle of the skirt - and more green nearer the hem, where the top layers also have variegated stripes of green. Several different textures and patterns of fabric come together to create this unique skirt - which mostly appears to be black wool with LOTS of texture! Classic style with a distinctive flair! Pairs beautifully w/ black. Wonderful layering piece!! Waist stretches comfortably from 12 - 19 inches across. Total length: Approx 24 - 26 inches (Asymmetric hemline)  Deep true black w/ deep teal green. Some of the photos are lightened to show the great texture! Color is evenly distributed, though the light catches it here and there in the photos!
